Lower Boise River Presentation April 1

Hello all,

Folks from the USGS Toxics Program will present results from the 2009 fungicide-related work that they did in the lower Boise River Basin. The work addressed occurrence, distribution, and possible impacts on biological communities.  The 1-hour presentation will be on April 1, 2010 at 11:00AM at the U of I Water Center, Room 162, 322 E. Front St., Boise, ID.  As part of the IWRRI Water Resources Hydrology Seminar Series, the presentation will be video streamed to several locations across Idaho.  Those of you who regularly receive announcements for the IWRRI seminars will see the formal announcement of this presentation in late March.

Please feel free to invite your colleagues to the presentation.

Chris Jones rakes in some native grass seed into the ground next to Heron Creek.  This is the last step of the Trueblood project along Heron Creek.  Well, the last step will be getting the grass to grow this spring and summer.
