Sad news to report today on learning that John Keys, former Commissioner of the Bureau of Reclamation died on Friday, May 30 in a plane crash in Canyonlands National Park in southern Utah.John Keys visited the Alta Creek side channel project in June 2005 and a couple of photos from that day are posted.  The Bureau of Reclamation is a partner on the project.The South Fork Boise River was one of his favorite places.
