Walnut Byron Johnson, Speaker Mr. Johnson is a retired Idaho Supreme Court Justice and long-time wildlife enthusiast, poet and historian. He has fished the South of the Payette River for more than sixty-five years, and has backpacked into the fished many high mountain lakes in the Sawtooth Mountains.
